This may interest you, it’s one of the first power banks for the iPhone Duo I’ve been made aware of. I think it is of interest because it shows how Apple’s desing guidelines are being put into effect for these knds of products on Duo.
BMX’s SolidSafe™ Duo 5K Power Bank ($79.99) claims to be the world’s first purpose-built power bank for the new iPhone Duo and features a custom-made 5,000mAh semi-solid-state cell.
A company rep tells me the design is built to “reduce fire risk as the semi-solid-state cells use significantly less liquid electrolyte than the conventional lithium-ion.”
Other features:
- Charging delivers up to 15W through the magnetic wireless bank, or up to 20W through its attached USB-C output.
- Features a 360° rotating stand to set the phone at a portrait or landscape angle.
