Apple hooks up with Nvidia for AI
Apple will make use of Google’s fleet of Nvidia Blackwell B200 data center chips for some Apple Intelligence features, though user data will be encrypted using Nvidia’s hardware-based confidential compute feature.
Analyst on a high on Apple’s WWDC AI attack
Morgan Stanley analyst Eric Woodring says investors have a lot to look forward to on Apple’s AI announcements at WWDC. “Siri/Apple Intelligence 2.0 has the potential to become the ultimate AI resource offload and deliver a form of Agentic AI to the consumer at a lower cost than incumbents,” he said, raising a $440 price target.
